I was really impressed with the service. He was very responsive arrive on time. He did amazing job. Our suit of furniture was very dirty but now looks and smells like new. Vad provided an exceptional service when he came to clean my sofas and carpets. From the start, he clearly explained everything he would be doing and made sure I was aware of any potential issues with the stains on the sofa before treating them. He worked efficiently, using blow heaters to help dry the furniture and carpets as he went, and by the time he finished, everything was already about 80% dry. He left the house spotless, you genuinely wouldn’t have known he’d been here, apart from the beautifully cleaned sofas and carpets. He tidied up after himself and showed real professionalism throughout. I’m so impressed with the results and the level of service. I would highly recommend Vad to anyone looking for thorough, reliable cleaning.
